Imagine soaking in your very own hot tub or jacuzzi while enjoying the breathtaking view from your suite's balcony. Some rooms even have a pool in common. Guests have suggested adding bath salts to enhance the experience further. Those who were lucky enough to stay in a junior suite with a jacuzzi praised the room's beauty and comfort. The staff provided excellent service throughout their stay. However, some guests did experience issues with their room facilities, including a faulty hot tub, old and smelly bathrooms and missing amenities. Nonetheless, the hotel staff addressed their concerns to the best of their abilities.
