Located across from a mall and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, it is a fantastic location for families. Guests enjoy the convenience of parking and easy access to local attractions. The breakfast is fabulous and guests raved about the buffet with an array of kid-friendly dishes. Guests enjoyed the great food and ambiance at both the on-site restaurant and café for both breakfast and dinner. The spa service is spectacular and guests could not speak highly enough of the experience. The pools, lazy river and water park amenities are excellent attractions and well-maintained. The staff is warm, friendly, helpful and attentive with many named exceptionally for their service. While some guests found the rooms a bit outdated, others loved the set-up and found them comfortable. Despite mixed opinions on the beds, guests generally found the rest of the room enjoyable. The pool is the standout feature of the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa with many guests raving about the water slide, lazy river and splash-pad; they are hits with the little ones and adults. Guests highly recommended the resort for its comfort, luxury, top-notch services and amenities for all ages.

The hotel is centrally located with beautiful views and a convenient location within walking distance to the Indian Wells tennis garden and golf course. The pool facilities are exceptional with multiple pools and a water park area suitable for all ages. The rooms are generally spacious, clean and comfortable with beautiful views and balconies overlooking the pools. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a great time. While some guests had issues with the limited dining options and room service, the hotel compensates with a grocery store and polite staff that ensure guests’ comfort. Families with children highly recommended the hotel for the exciting water park amenities, spacious accommodations and free shuttle service in golf carts. Overall, the hotel provides better service for the cost and is highly recommended for a relaxing getaway with wonderful location and amenities.
