It is widely considered the best hotel in the area. However, some guests reported a few negative aspects, such as the noise levels, small pillows and towels and trouble with the air conditioning. Despite these issues, which made it feel as though the hotel did not entirely live up to its five-star rating, the staff remained friendly and accommodating throughout. One criticism some guests had was that upon expressing their dissatisfaction during check-out, the hotel didn't seem to do much besides thanking them for their feedback.
