The hotel offers a superb experience with friendly and helpful staff, excellent rooms and a great location right on the market square. Guests appreciate the peace and quiet provided by the hotel's adult-only policy. The spa is impressive and the breakfast is varied and extensive, offering everything from meat to vegan options and included homemade jams and jellies. The rooms are clean, modern and themed and the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration, including hiking trails and nearby attractions such as the Königstein fortress and Elbsandsteingebirge. While some guests found the dinner subpar for a four-star rating and there were a few issues with towels not being replaced, guests were overall very satisfied with their stay and would return to this beautiful and noble hotel to relax.
