Unfortunately, the pool bar, lounge and nightclub were closed during our stay, but PHD upstairs provided great entertainment. Complaints have been made about false advertising and poor quality, overpriced food. Parents with children should be aware that the pool area may not be accessible at certain times and is not suitable for teenagers. The staff can come off as rude to guests who do not have a reserved lounge chair. Although some reviews mention a dirty pool, many guests have enjoyed a refreshing swim surrounded by beautiful people. If you are set on taking a dip, plan ahead and manage your expectations.
