The outdoor pool, although it was raining on the day, was a highlight for many as well as the public bath with indoor and outdoor onsen, outdoor Thermo pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The infinity pool and the Long Beach pool were also great and children had a blast. The hot pool and thermal pool were amazing and the rooftop pool and spa facilities provide stunning views of Mount Fuji and the ocean. However, some guests found the ticketing system caused a long wait and others found the temperature of the warm water pool a little too cool.
