Unfortunately, there is no lift to the second floor and the only disable parking bays are a long way from the entrance. The drop-off point is also too far and some guests need alternative access to reception as the steps can be difficult. However, the staff are accommodating and willing to assist with carrying bags. Guests who don't have a car can take a train - about a 25 minute walk from the hotel- to central Cardiff. Overall, New House Country Hotel is better suited for large parties rather than small groups of guests with mobility issues.
