Overall, guests have had a positive experience at the Holiday Inn Sioux Falls-City Center by IHG. While parking may be a mixed bag with some guests finding the $15 a day charge to be a downside, others were happy to find available parking on site, free of charge. The hotel offers both a parking garage and a parking lot on site with guests who opted for the free ramp parking reporting an even better experience with plenty of easy parking to be found. While some guests had issues with the cleanliness of their cars after parking in the garage, due to nearby construction, for the most part, parking was considered a non-issue and the location is considered very convenient.
