The hotel is also conveniently located a short drive away from everything the area has to offer, including cafes, shops and world-renowned vineyards. Guests can relax in the comfort of their rooms or step out to explore the central and charming town of Havelock North. With excellent service, delightful atmosphere and delicious food, Mangapapa Hotel is the perfect home base for those looking to discover all that Hawke's Bay has to offer.

Guests are thrilled with their rooms and remarked how wonderfully comfortable and exceptionally comfortable the rooms are. Overall, the hotel is a great place to unwind and stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, thanks to its stunning scenery, great service and beautiful grounds.

The accommodation is absolutely beautiful with traditional and beautifully furnished rooms that are spotless. The spa facilities, including a large jacuzzi bath, sauna and fitness area, are very nice and clean. The grounds of the property are immaculately kept with guests enjoying a private and quiet stay. The staff are excellent, providing outstanding service and delicious food. While there were a few minor issues with things like the cleanliness of the bathtub and housekeeping needing to be more attentive to details, overall the hotel is very clean and everything is very tidy. Guests appreciated the room refreshing twice a day and the prompt delivery of any additional amenities requested.
