Eden Hotel provides a mix of impressions consistent with its three-star rating. The establishment is styled in an old-fashioned 80s design and could benefit from some updates, particularly the hallway carpet and room decor. The rooms, while small and dated, are kept clean and provide the basic amenities expected of a three-star hotel. Some guests mention issues with accessibility, as the third floor is only reachable via a narrow staircase, complicating travel for those with heavy luggage.
In terms of dining, experiences differ. Some guests find the food too salty and there are mixed feelings about the restaurant staff's attitude and service with some describing it as chaotic and rude. However, others highlight the quality of the food and the satisfactory dinner and room sizes.

Alemannenhof is a hotel that primarily offers amenities and comfort consistent with its three-star rating. Many guests have found it to be excellent value, particularly for a 3-star establishment. The rooms are designed to meet typical three-star standards, providing a satisfactory level of accommodation. However, there are some areas where the hotel could improve.
Some guests have noted that the cleaning is slightly deficient, albeit understandable given the hotel's location. The breakfast experience appears to be a common area of critique; a limited selection and mediocre coffee were mentioned with some detecting a smoke odor in the dining area. The breakfast offerings are reportedly not very plentiful for what one might expect from a 3-star superior hotel and the quality, while adequate, could use enhancement.
Additionally, some visitors feel that the hotel's facilities are not very up-to-date and the overall quality is akin to a good roadside restaurant rather than a more refined dining experience. Nevertheless, for those looking for a reliable three-star stay, Alemannenhof stands out as absolutely recommendable, even posing as a commendable value at a three-star-plus standard.
