The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort is the ultimate destination for those looking for an unforgettable beach vacation. The resort is located in a lovely location and boasts a beautiful property with breathtaking views of the ocean. The stunning location is perfect for those seeking privacy and clean surroundings. Moreover, the resort is blessed to be right on the best beach with long sand beaches. The unbeatable location provides guests with great views that they won't find elsewhere. Though the resort is far from every attraction, the magnificent view and gorgeous facility compensate for that. The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort is undoubtedly a beautiful place with an unbelievable location that is sure to leave guests spellbound.

Rooms

The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort boasts stunning and beautifully updated rooms. Guests experienced outstanding patios and breathtaking ocean views from their spacious and comfortable accommodations. Housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring everything was clean and pristine. Guests highly enjoyed the adult pool and beach, as well as the fantastic restaurants within the hotel. The hotel even upgraded one guest's room to a full ocean view, which they described as excellent. All in all, travelers can expect clean, comfortable and spacious rooms in a gorgeous beachfront setting.

Staff

The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort boasts an impeccable staff, providing first-class service and amazing experiences to guests. All throughout the resort, from servers to front desk personnel, guests are met with hospitable and super friendly staff. The exception lies with some restaurants and bars where service can be slow and inconsistent and one particular restaurant, Meridia, where the service is incredibly slow. Additionally, wait time for room service can take up to 2 hours. There were also instances of rude and unhelpful staff, particularly from the front desk personnel. However, interactions with staff serving food and drinks around the pool were exceptional. Overall, the staff were great, providing superb service and making guests feel cordial and helpful throughout their stay.
