Some have found the hotel to be below par for a 4-star rating with outdated facilities, no room service and minimal supplies available in the rooms. However, others have enjoyed their stay, citing the beautiful location and the all-inclusive package. Despite the mixed reviews, the hotel does offer a range of facilities such as a pool, restaurant and bar.
