The outdoor infinity pool with its stunning views is highly praised, as well as the overall size of the pools. The temperature of the water is also commended with many guests finding it perfect. The in-house thermal area is beautiful with plenty of lounging space and a good number of poolside chairs. However, some guests found the outdoor pools could be warmer, while one pool was deemed too cold. Despite this, the wellness area and pools are highly recommended for relaxation and are a great way to unwind after a long journey. There are two outside pools, but one is too small and too cold for most guests. The inside spa pools are heated and provide a pleasant experience. The only downside reported is the lack of direct access to the public thermal spa. Overall, the pool area is highly recommended and guests enjoyed the facilities that the resort has to offer.
