Hotel Europejski offers visitors a highly convenient stay with a central location, just steps away from the main train station and within walking distance from the city center. This makes it an excellent choice for travelers needing quick and easy access to transit services and local attractions. Cleanliness across the hotel is highly praised with frequent mentions of tidy rooms, fresh linens and spotless bathrooms, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
Guests generally appreciate the breakfast offerings, describing them as hearty, tasty and sufficient for a few hours, though some find the selection modest and slightly overpriced. The lack of dining options beyond breakfast is a downside, but the on-site café-restaurant receives positive remarks for its ambiance and quality of breakfast items such as omelettes and scrambled eggs with bacon.
The rooms at Hotel Europejski are clean, but their small size and outdated decor detract from the overall experience. Noise from thin walls and minimal amenities like small towels and limited toiletries are commonly mentioned issues. Some rooms suffer from unpleasant smells and insufficient heating or cooling. Additionally, the absence of an elevator is a notable inconvenience for guests on higher floors, although a luggage storage room is provided.
The hotel staff stand out for their friendliness, politeness and helpfulness with many guests highlighting positive interactions. However, some inconsistencies are noted, including occasional reports of rude or indifferent behavior and communication issues due to language barriers.
Wi-Fi service at the hotel is a mix of good and bad experiences. While some guests commend the fast and stable connection on the first floor, many experience unreliable access, particularly in rooms on higher floors. This inconsistency often forces guests to seek connectivity in hotel corridors or common areas.
Beds receive varied feedback; they are generally found to be clean and sometimes comfortable, but numerous complaints focus on firm or saggy mattresses, small or thin pillows and occasional issues like dampness or rustling fabric. Some guests perceive the beds as old and in urgent need of replacement.
Overall, Hotel Europejski is a practical option for budget travelers seeking a clean, basic place to stay in a prime location near major transit points. While it excels in cleanliness and customer service, it falls short in terms of room comfort, modern amenities and consistent Wi-Fi connectivity.
