The family rooms and superior rooms offer comfortable accommodation for guests. Although there were bits left, the hotel staff, especially the concierge men, were brilliant and helped out in any way possible, taking the pressure off disabled guests and their families. However, younger children may not find enough activities tailored to their age group as there is not too much to do for little children. The spa, whilst an attractive option for child-free time, was quite dated and full of kids screaming. On the other hand, there were lots of activities offered making it perfect for family getaways with lots to do for the children. Guests would have preferred leisure facilities opened at their convenience rather than restricted hours. Overall, it's a lovely option for those seeking a night away from the kids or a perfect family holiday.
