The hotel is pet-friendly and welcomes dogs, which was great for one guest who brought their 3 furry friends along. Snacks for children were also available and the large grassy area with playground equipment was perfect for kids to run around and play. However, one family found the family room they booked to be too expensive compared to a regular double room. Another guest felt that the hotel was not suitable for young families. Despite these criticisms, the restaurant staff were very friendly and especially accommodating to children.
