Very Good

Location

Kuum Hotel & Spa is located in the beautiful area of Bodrum, offering a stunning view and great facilities. The staff are very nice and the atmosphere is calm. Although it's about 30 minutes from the city center, the hotel is located in the wonderful Gol Koy/Turkbuku bay within walking distance to fine restaurants and cafes. Guests appreciate the location, which provides a direct view of the sea from all rooms and balconies. The beach is also great with pontoon-type facilities. Despite being a kilometer away from the village, there is nothing close by to disturb the peacefulness of the location. Overall, Kuum Hotel & Spa's location is considered excellent by guests.

Breakfast

The breakfast at Kuum Hotel & Spa is a great start to the day. Guests are offered fresh produce and any special requests are promptly fulfilled. While some felt that the breakfast could be more varied, others found it to be hearty with plenty of food. Although there is no complimentary coffee, guests can use the in-house machine or order Turkish coffee at an additional charge. The classic Turkish breakfast is also available with tasty simit and jams. Overall, the breakfast is more than satisfactory with some guests describing it as delicious and more than worthy.

With bedding sheets changed daily and good organized bathroom, this hotel prides itself on super clean and large rooms. All rooms have a sea view with some having huge balconies to admire the beautiful scenery from. The rooms are equipped with comfortable huge beds and some also have sofas. The size of the rooms ranges from 60m2 to spacious, making it easy to find the perfect fit for your needs. The hotel also provides quality amenities, such as great cosmetic products and daily room service. Though some guests had minor concerns about the design of the rooms, overall, the hotel's spacious rooms and stunning sea views exceeded many people's expectations.

Cleanliness

Guests raved about the cleanliness of Kuum Hotel & Spa, using phrases such as "super clean," "immaculate cleaning," and "attention to detail." The cleaning staff did an excellent job with some guests even receiving new slippers and bathrobes daily. Everything was replenished daily and some guests even noted the staff's fantastic service. While a few mentioned needing a double clean in some areas, overall the hotel was deemed very clean. Staff

Kuum Hotel & Spa boasts an exceptional staff who are friendly, helpful and attentive to ensure guests have a lovely stay. The person responsible for guest relations, Figen, is a standout angel who goes above and beyond to ensure every moment is enjoyable and stress-free. From the chamber maids to the management, all staff encountered were amazing. Though some reports suggest some reception staff are a bit grumpy, the majority of the staff- from the reception, to the spa, to breakfast service- are stunning and there for you. The only criticism regarding staff is that some are inexperienced, not well-trained or have trouble speaking English, but most of the guests had nothing but positive things to say about their interactions with Kuum's courteous and helpful employees.

Beach

The beach near Kuum Hotel & Spa is exceptional with a beautiful cobblestone area for lounging. The beach club and its music, service, facilities and bar are very nice. Guests can enjoy fun activities and the best boat tours around the island. The beach is conveniently close to the hotel and has comfortable, clean wooden flooring. However, the sun beds can be uncomfortable and the beach itself is not very large, so it can get crowded if the hotel is full. Despite this, the beach is nice and active with clean water and a pontoon-type shore. Some guests noted that the beach can be crowded since outside guests can pay to use it. The hotel also offers excellent service and spacious rooms with beautiful sea views. The warm welcome and attentive staff make for a pleasant stay. However, some guests had negative experiences with disrespectful beach staff and limited shade options. Overall, the beach is magical and the hotel offers top-notch service, cuisine and music on the beach club.
