Families will feel very safe and welcome here, as the hotel is family-friendly. Moreover, the hotel pool is open year-round and is a highlight for kids. Despite being a little pricey, the hotel is conveniently located close to a wedding venue and many attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, although some guests reported being put in dirty rooms. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue by moving them to a clean room. Mommy/daughter time is a popular choice with the range of activities for kids, including skating, carnival rides, boat rides and arcades like Dave's and Busters. More kids' friendly meals would be a welcome addition. Additionally, those traveling with pets may have a comfortable stay here. However, it may not be the most convenient choice for families with young children due to the long walk from the parking garage to the lobby and then to the rooms, requiring three elevators. Nevertheless, overall, the hotel is convenient, clean and family-friendly and the kids will certainly enjoy themselves.
