Please note as this is an 'off grid’ property, power is generated by solar panels with a petrol powered generator backup and heating is via a wood fire and a ducted fan system to circulate the heat around the house. Bottled gas provides hot water. Therefore, guests may be required to continue normal operation of the generator (refuelling) and the gas bottles may need to be switched over. Full instructions are provided at the property. Please note that WiFi is available, however speed and data are limited and there may not be full coverage due to the rural location.
