What is the history of the property?
The property is the oldest building of the village, the columns and squared stones come from the church of Santa Corona which was abandoned in late 15th century. It was a typical Sardinian farm house, with all the buildings connected to the farm labour. The stable, the oil mill and the grind stone where located in detached buildings dotted around the garden.
What was the era and/or the architectural style in which the property was built?
The property is built with the traditional Sardinian techniques, raw earth (adobe) bricks, wooden beams, cane ceilings and hand made tile roofs
Is the property surrounded by other historic buildings?
It is located in the historical center of the village, surrounded by many other ancient houses

The oil press and the grain mill, hosted in the suite, together with a sumptuous tapestry and the linen of a loom are a summary of Sardinian life in the early 18th century.
