Jiva Hill Resort - Genève is a luxurious and warm resort that truly deserves its five stars. Guests rave about the exceptional facilities and services, describing their stays as just merveilleux and inoubliable. The sublime rooms with mountain views, available and friendly team and comfortable beds are just a few of the many highlights. The pools are fantastic and the breakfast, while good quality, could use some improvement. The restaurant and room service are pricey but very delicious. While a few guests note that the staff's service could have been more flexible, this is still a fantastic hotel with excellent service overall.
