Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Rethymno Hills Apartments is a modern and welcoming hotel located in a peaceful area, providing a relaxing and comfortable stay for its guests. The hotel is conveniently close to various restaurants, shops and the beach, offering stunning sea views from its hilltop location. The staff are highly praised for their exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel provides well-equipped and spacious rooms, some upgraded with hot tubs and balconies with fortress views. The breakfasts served on the balconies offer a copious and delicious start to the day, although some guests suggest adding more fruit to the menu. The small pool is a pleasant addition to the hotel and regularly checked for hygiene. While some guests noted that the beds were smaller or harder than average, the overall consensus was that the rooms were clean, cozy and well-maintained. Although some guests felt the rooms could be cleaned more frequently, the hotel prides itself on its cleanliness. Despite some minor hiccups, Rethymno Hills Apartments offers a charming and private stay with friendly staff and the perfect ambiance for a peaceful getaway.
