The secure neighborhood, convenient access to shops and restaurants and the added benefit of secure off-street parking enhance its appeal. The inn is also noted for its cleanliness, offering clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds that ensure restful sleep. Guests frequently commend the friendly and professional staff for their exceptional service and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Despite some isolated concerns about rudeness, the overwhelming majority of reviews emphasize the welcoming and accommodating atmosphere created by the staff. The breakfast offerings receive mixed feedback; while many guests enjoy the good spread and freshness of the food, others point out inconsistencies in quality and variety. Specific areas for improvement include the cost and temperature of the food, as well as adding more pastries to the menu. Rooms are generally well-maintained and provide all necessary amenities, though some guests note them to be slightly small or in need of updates, particularly in the bathrooms. Nonetheless, the overall consensus on room cleanliness and comfort is positive, making it a reliable choice for short stays. Free Wi-Fi is available, though some guests have mentioned issues with connectivity, especially during periods of loadshedding.
