The cleanliness of the condos and premises is consistently praised and the staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The pool area is lovely and well-maintained with comfortable lounge chairs readily available. While the beach area is limited due to recent hurricane damage, guests can still enjoy being directly on the beach and take advantage of the proximity to Seven Mile Beach. Overall, the Regal Beach Club offers a superb vacation experience with excellent amenities and a prime location.

The Regal Beach Club is situated in a great location right on the bottom of Seven Mile Beach. Guests repeatedly commented on the convenience of the location with easy walking access to a variety of fantastic restaurants and stores. The public access walkway provides minutes away access to the beach, making it an excellent location for those looking to spend time by the water. Additionally, the proximity to the grocery store and car hire adds extra convenience to those looking to explore the area. Many guests praised the location as phenomenal with some calling it the best value for condos on Seven Mile Beach. Overall, location is one aspect that sets this hotel apart - with excellent restaurants, shops and the beach all within easy reach.

If you're looking for a luxurious yet affordable vacation, the 'Regal Beach Club' is the perfect spot for you. Based on guest reviews, the rooms are exceptional, spacious and modern. The units are well-equipped with everything you may need during your stay, including chic interiors and amenities like a large balcony, place settings for six people and even a screen porch area for each unit. Two-bedroom units are particularly spacious with the master bedroom being particularly large. Parking is also abundant, so you don't have to worry about finding a place to park. Though some of the units were a bit dated, they were still mostly comfortable. If you're looking for a hotel right on the beach, Regal Beach Club offers beachfront accommodations. However, due to recent hurricane damage, the beach area is quite limited and small. Guests noted that the beach here used to be much larger, but unfortunately, erosion has taken its toll. The small stretch of sand available for sunbathing is also often tight on space and limited in terms of chairs. However, the property still provides some access to the world-renowned Seven Mile Beach through a public access walkway, although it is difficult to walk 7 mile beach from this location. Despite some downfalls, guests staying at Regal Beach Club can still enjoy being directly at the beach and take advantage of the proximity to Seven Mile Beach. If you're lucky enough to stay at the hotel during a less crowded time, lounge chairs by the pool or on the small beachfront shoreline can be readily available.
