Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool at Mallory Court Country House Hotel & Spa has received mixed reviews from guests. While some found the pool lovely and a great addition to the spa, others were disappointed to learn that they had to pay extra for its use. Some guests were also unhappy about having to go to a café next to the pool for breakfast, rather than being served in the main building. Additional complaints included a lack of dressing gowns provided and lockers that weren't working. Visitors with children may also be disappointed to learn that kids are only allowed in the pool at specific times. Some guests also noted the smell of chlorine in the Orchard Café. On the positive side, the spa facilities were noted as excellent with a gym, outdoor hot tub/sauna, indoor pool and steam room. However, it's worth noting that the use of the pool is not complimentary for hotel guests and that there's an extra charge for access. Overall, while the pool isn't perfect, it's still a nice addition to the hotel's facilities.
