Guests loved the breakfast and found the pool and spa facilities to be excellent, although some noted the access to the pool is not easy as it requires climbing three floors of stairs after leaving the elevator. Despite this, the pool area, sauna and gym are beautiful with stunning views of the city. Although some guests found the pool not heated, others loved it and found it especially nice with the evening lighting. With the pool being located on the 34th floor, it offers an amazing and unique experience. The gym and pool were also great, although lockers in the pool area are small. While some found the pool and spa terrible, others found it weird yet good to have a swimming pool available. Overall, guests enjoyed having a pool available at the hotel.
