The hotel offers a shuttle service to both the airport and the mall and guests appreciate the proximity to great restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms are generally clean, spacious and comfortable with comfortable beds and a home-like atmosphere. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming with the breakfast restaurant staff receiving high marks. The pool is beautiful and receives praise for its condition and the parking is plentiful and safe. The beds are exceptional with guests consistently praising their comfort. While there were some issues with breakfast quality and value, outdated decor and maintenance problems, most guests enjoyed their stay and would recommend the hotel.
