While some indicate that the decor is slightly outdated, the overall comfort, supplemented by quality amenities like a gym and pool, provides a relaxing stay.
Cleanliness is a strong point, with many guests highlighting the impeccable upkeep of the rooms and common areas. Despite some minor issues with specific cleaning areas, the hotel's adherence to COVID-19 protocols and cleanliness standards is appreciated. The issues with outdated facilities are acknowledged, yet the attentive and professional staff contribute significantly to the positive experience.
Regarding breakfast, opinions are mixed, with some guests noting a satisfactory variety and quality, while others see room for improvement when compared to similar hotels. Guests widely commend the staff for their friendliness, politeness, and attentiveness, which enhance the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. While slight language proficiency improvements are suggested, overall hospitality receives high praise.
The complimentary Wi-Fi, generally described as good and stable, supports the guest experience, though some have encountered occasional connectivity issues. The gym and pool present a satisfactory experience for many, with some criticism regarding their size and maintenance. Summary of reviews related to the 'Indoor Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The Slaviero Hotel São Paulo Downtown hotel features an indoor pool that is covered and clean, providing an option for guests looking to relax or exercise. However, it is important to note that the pool is not heated or climate-controlled, which can make the water quite cold. Despite being sheltered from the elements, the pool’s location does not receive any direct sunlight. While the indoor pool is appreciated for its cleanliness, some guests have found it small and occasionally unavailable. The hotel also offers a gym, complementing the pool for those seeking fitness amenities during their stay.
