Comfort Inn & Suites Calgary South is well-regarded for its strategic location, making it an ideal choice for visitors attending events at the Calgary Stampede or the Saddledome. With accessible amenities and proximity to downtown Calgary and Chinook Mall, it offers convenience and good value. While some found it a bit distant from the city center, the nearby public transport options, including the C train and bus stops, provided an effective solution for getting around.
The breakfast experience received mixed reactions. Many guests appreciated the variety and presence of hot options, as well as freshly made waffles. The friendly and attentive breakfast staff were frequently commended. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the shift to simpler "to go" breakfasts was disappointing for some who expected a more substantial meal.

The beds were particularly noted for their comfort. Despite some occasional issues like minor smells and intermittent cleaning, the overall room experience was positive.
