Some guests felt that the hotel was overpriced, especially for the size of the rooms and wished that the hotel had more resort-like accommodations. However, breakfast vouchers were provided for adults, but breakfast is not complimentary. Some guests also had to deal with construction work during their stay. Despite these issues, the hotel provided passable service and was generally decent.
