Some guests enjoyed unexpected four poster beds that were comfortable and many found the hotel to be a good option and would return. The hotel was described as very good, superb, almost perfect and an excellent choice worth the extra expense. Although some guests found the hotel to be in need of refurbishment and not in good repair, the majority of guests were pleased with their stay and believed the hotel deserved its four-star rating.
