Though some guests commented on the strong winds preventing swimming, the natural beach and lagoon-ish parts are still breathtaking. You can even try for a room right on the beach for an unbeatable view. However, some reviews mention the varying tides leaving a less-than-ideal experience for the local staff who have to constantly remove seaweed. Nevertheless, the beach here has been considered the best and most beautiful in Mauritius by many of the guests.
