The hotel's cleanliness is outstanding with high-level service from staff, who are super friendly, helpful and attentive. The pool and beach facilities complement the comfortable and contemporary rooms, providing amazing views. The hotel is perfect for middle-class families with children and guests have found the beds to be some of the most comfortable they've ever encountered during their travels. While there were some suggestions for improvement regarding parking, it shouldn't detract from an overall great vacation experience at the White Rocks Hotel Kefalonia, which is considered a lovely and caring four-star hotel.
