Guests often highlight the dining experiences as a notable highlight; the culinary offerings are exceptional, promising a delightful taste journey. Despite being advertised as a five-star resort, some visitors feel that the accommodations and services align more closely with a four-star standard. Elephant Passage receives mixed reviews concerning its five-star rating. Guests often highlight the hotel as luxurious and acknowledge it as a good value for money. The establishment is described as a big, five-star hotel that is affordable without sacrificing opulence. However, some visitors feel that the service and food quality fall short of five-star standards, suggesting the hotel might be better categorized as a four-star facility. Issues such as small tears in the bedding further detract from the overall five-star experience. Despite these criticisms, the consensus is that the hotel has the potential to meet five-star expectations with some improvements in service and amenities.
