Hotel Del Lago's pool facilities receive mixed reviews but lean towards the positive. Guests appreciate the presence of a pool and often highlight the combination of indoor and outdoor options. Many remark that the heated pool is a delight, adding a touch of luxury to their stay. The pool and spa, including amenities such as a jacuzzi and sauna, are noted to be fantastic and very nice, contributing to a relaxing experience. Guests also enjoy free access to these facilities, which are well-maintained and visually appealing.
Some visitors, however, mention that the pool sizes are smaller than what the photos suggest and cite the indoor pool as being particularly small. Despite this, the outdoor pool is described as large enough for swimming laps and the garden area surrounding it is frequently praised for its maintenance and overall beauty. The green communal areas enhance the serene atmosphere of the hotel.
Overall, while there are a few reservations about the size, the heated pool, jacuzzi and the well-kept outdoor areas provide a generally positive and enjoyable experience for those staying at Hotel Del Lago.

Hotel Villa Paulita offers an indoor pool that guests have mixed feelings about. While some appreciate the clean facilities and appealing lake views, there are several critical aspects that come up frequently in reviews. The most consistent issue is the cold temperature of the pool, which many guests found uncomfortable. Additionally, access to the pool is not included in the room rate and incurs an additional fee, which some guests find excessive.
The pool area itself could benefit from improvements. Many reviews mentioned broken or lifted mosaic tiles that can be hazardous and the wood flooring around the pool is described as rotten and broken in places, posing a safety risk. Furthermore, guests have noted that the pool lacks powerful jets and could use better circulation and more features to enhance the experience.
Despite these drawbacks, the spa area, including the sauna, jacuzzi and pool, receives praise for being a nice addition to the hotel. However, the overall consensus suggests that the pool area is in need of renovation and better management to meet guest expectations.
