Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
HotelF1 Remiremont Saint Nabord offers a blend of positive and negative experiences with several strengths noted by its guests.
The location is praised for its strategic placement, providing easy access from the main road and proximity to key sites such as the Habitat and Wood Expo, downtown Remiremont and notable attractions like Gerarmer and other lakes. Convenient free parking adds to its value. However, some guests found the location difficult to locate and experienced significant noise from the heavily trafficked street and nearby construction.
Breakfast at the hotel received mixed reviews. Some guests found it sufficient and reasonable for its price, while others felt it could be improved with more variety and better quality items. The absence of pastries, sliced bread and necessary amenities such as a toaster and sweeteners were common complaints, as was the limited service hours.
The rooms at the hotel received a fairly positive response with guests acknowledging the comfort and good soundproofing. Features like televisions in every room and pleasant views were appreciated. However, cleanliness was a major issue with reports of unclean showers, cockroaches and unpleasant odors, particularly of tobacco. The minimalist bedding and the need for communal showers and toilets were also points of contention.
Cleanliness overall was a notable concern with many guests reporting dirty communal areas, stained carpets and pervasive tobacco odors. The hotel’s condition appeared worn and in need of renovation, affecting its suitability for families.
The staff, however, was frequently praised for their friendliness, attentiveness and willingness to find solutions for guests’ needs. Their professional welcome and kindness significantly enhanced the guest experience, overshadowing a few isolated complaints about reception and housekeeping.
Beds received mixed feedback; some guests praised the bedding, while others criticized the mattresses' quality and pillows' softness. Cleanliness and comfort of the bedding were also occasional issues.
In summary, hotelF1 Remiremont Saint Nabord offers convenient access and friendly staff but could improve significantly in areas of cleanliness and comfort, particularly regarding bedding and breakfast quality. The noise level and dated facilities may also detract from an otherwise economical stay.
