The ultra all inclusive experience is a big plus and allows guests to relax without worry. Though the buffet food is not fancy restaurant style cuisine, it is varied and suitable for both adults and children. Local Cretan wines are served by the bottle, adding to the up-market experience. However, some guests were disappointed to find that not all amenities were included, such as soft drinks, snacks and alcohol in the room. Additionally, some guests felt misled by the hotel marketing fancy food, which was not always up to their expectations. Despite these minor issues, most guests had an excellent stay, especially those looking for a relaxing all exclusive vacation. The COVID-19 related restrictions prevented the opening of the Greek restaurant, the spa and limited some of the entertainment options. Overall, Euphoria Resort - All Inclusive is an exceptional choice for an all inclusive vacation in Crete, though guests should be aware of the additional charges for certain amenities.
