The Champagne Tower rooms, in particular, left a lasting impression on guests due to their unique features such as a 7' champagne glass-shaped hot tub, a heart-shaped pool, a fireplace and a sauna. Although some guests reported occasional maintenance issues with the hot tubs, they still found them incredibly relaxing. Guests also enjoyed the Rock jacuzzi, pool and hot tubs, although some had issues with stained or dirty tubs and non-functioning jets. Some guests did criticize the need to pay for bubble bath and having to clean the jacuzzi area themselves. However, some guests feel as though the resort doesn't offer many amenities for children and seems to only care about golfers. Additionally, there was one comment about members from the golf course treating African Americans poorly, which is a concern. Nevertheless, the Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort is a beautiful property conveniently close to Bushkills Falls and worth a visit for a golf stay or girl's trip.
