Many guests feel that various aspects, particularly service and breakfast, do not meet five-star standards. Service at check-in and in the evening bar has room for improvement with some guests pointing out a lack of professionalism and attentiveness. Additionally, the vegan-only breakfast offered lacks variety and fails to satisfy expectations for a high-end hotel.
There are comments about relatively new staff and staff shortages, which might contribute to the inconsistent service quality.
