The hotel is well-maintained and clean with a great location in downtown Baton Rouge. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind, providing guests with a superb experience. Guests enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from their rooms, which were stylishly designed. The hotel provides a relaxing getaway for a weekend trip or vacation. Although the service and stocking could use some improvement, the property is recommended and offers an amazing and exceptional stay. However, a few guests had difficulty finding parking and some mentioned that the hotel did not meet their expectations of a four-star rating. Overall, it is a nice place to stay in Baton Rouge with a fabulous downtown location.
