Chef Renato can create kid-friendly menus upon request. The hotel has a nice pool with a slide for children and there is a good children's playground. While there is no indoor kids' room, guests still had a great time and would highly recommend the hotel for families with children. However, some guests noted that the kids' menu could be improved with more options. It should be noted that accessing the hotel with a pram can be difficult due to limited options and the staff were not always there to help. Also, in some cases, the limited staff caused mixed-up orders.
