Steigenberger Hotel El Lessan presents a mixed experience when it comes to its pool facilities, though there are numerous positive aspects. The pool is described as very clean, well-maintained and possessing a gorgeous and amazing appearance. Guests appreciate that the pool area is great, lovely and excellent with some even noting a stunning view of the area.
However, there are significant drawbacks that have been pointed out. Many guests found the pool to be unheated with cold water as a common complaint. Furthermore, the pool's size has been a point of contention, as it is frequently described as small and sometimes even crowded, especially with children. There were numerous mentions of the pool being under maintenance or having a problematic heating system. Safety concerns were also raised regarding the slippery grounds around the pool, particularly risky for children.
While the pool staff and service received praise for their helpfulness, politeness and cooperation, the limited services specifically for the pool area were noted. Some guests highlighted that a dedicated spa center or additional kid-friendly pool options would enhance the overall experience.
Overall, while the pool at Steigenberger Hotel El Lessan has its appealing features and provides an enjoyable experience for many, it could benefit from improvements in size, heating and safety measures to better cater to the needs of all guests.
