The The White Hart - A Heartwood Inn offers a central location with the added bonus of an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Some guests were pleasantly surprised by the great swimming pool, which was nicer than expected and lovely and warm. Free use of the pool was appreciated and some guests even had a refreshing swim on the day they checked out. However, other guests were disappointed that the pool was too cold and the water temperature needed improvement. Some suggested that the swimming area needed more care and updating, as it appeared shabby at times and the showers were out of use. Despite some negative feedback, the pool was highlighted as the only good thing about the hotel for some guests. Overall, the The White Hart - A Heartwood Inn offers a convenient location with a swimming pool, but improvements to the pool and sauna need to be made.
