The bar and restaurant offer great value with good sized portions served quickly, although some guests found the food to be disappointing. The rooms are comfortable and clean with modern bathrooms and spacious layouts, although some guests found them to be dated and in need of refurbishment. The staff are exceptional, providing excellent service with a smile and making each stay fabulous. The spa facilities are great, complete with a good pool and gym and the parking is plentiful and free. The hotel is family-friendly with plenty of parking and easy access and the beds are generally comfortable, although some guests found them to be on the harder side. Overall, Hellaby Hall Hotel; BW Signature Collection offers a lovely hotel in a nice setting with excellent service and amenities.
