Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Antony Palace Hotel – Venice Airport generally receives positive reviews for its strategic location and convenience. Situated in Marcon, the hotel is just 10-15 minutes from Marco Polo Airport and provides an efficient shuttle service. Guests also appreciate the proximity to the train station for easy access to Venice, as well as nearby restaurants, shops and a mall. Even with its industrial surroundings, the hotel's peaceful environment and modern facilities make it a desirable choice for both business travelers and tourists.
Breakfast gets mixed reviews with many praising the variety and quality of the offerings, including freshly baked pastries available from 5:30 am for early travelers. However, some guests find it pricey, repetitive and occasionally poorly organized with long lines and cold dishes.
The on-site restaurant, Bacaro Rosso, is well-regarded for its quality and variety of a la carte options at fair prices. Guests enjoy the cozy ambiance and efficient service, despite a few mixed opinions on specific dishes and limited menu choices. Dining alternatives in the nearby outlet area offer a range of cuisines, including sushi, Japanese and pizzerias.
Rooms at Antony Palace Hotel are frequently highlighted for their spaciousness and cleanliness, featuring modern designs and amenities like coffee machines. Although there were occasional complaints about dated carpets and furniture, most guests find the rooms to be a quiet, comfortable retreat, perfect for a restful stay.
Cleanliness generally receives high marks with many guests remarking on the daily cleaning routines and the spotless condition of rooms and common areas. Though a few reviews pointed out issues like dirty carpets and superficial cleaning, the overall sentiment is positive.
The staff at Antony Palace Hotel is one of its standout features, consistently described as friendly, professional and exceptionally accommodating. They are noted for their attentiveness and willingness to assist, often leaving a lasting impression on guests.
Wi-Fi service reviews are mixed with many guests finding it strong and reliable, while others experienced slow speeds and connectivity issues. Despite these inconsistencies, the hotel's internet service often meets the needs of travelers.
The hotel offers a compact but inviting spa area and a well-equipped, 24-hour gym located on the rooftop, both adding to the overall guest experience. Free and convenient parking options further enhance the convenience for travelers.
Family accommodations are mixed; the hotel offers amenities like baby cribs and welcomes pets, but some family guests report dissatisfaction with breakfast options and overall suitability for children.
Beds are generally appreciated for their comfort and size, though some guests found them too small or narrow for larger groups. Clean linens and a restful sleep are commonly highlighted.
While Antony Palace Hotel has some areas needing improvement to fully meet four-star expectations, like updating certain rooms and improving breakfast variety, its strategic location, excellent staff and overall comfort make it a practical choice for those visiting Venice and its surroundings.
