The staff is exceptional and positive, making guests feel welcome and taken care of. The rooftop pool and bar are a major highlight, providing an elevated experience for visitors with a stunning view of the city. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, some guests found the rooms to be small, congested or lacking certain amenities and there were some concerns about cleanliness and maintenance issues.
