Location

If you're looking for a beachfront property that's close to everything, then Grand Seas by Exploria Resorts is the perfect spot for you. Its great location allows you to enjoy the beautiful views overlooking the pool and ocean. Plus, the convenience of having shops and restaurants steps away is unbeatable. And if you're in town for a concert, this hotel is conveniently located near the venue. The area is beautiful and there are lots of things to do in walking distance with shopping centers right across the street. The hotel is also near parking lots, making it easy for you to come and go. All in all, the location of this property is just perfect. You'll love being right on the beach with everything you need at your fingertips.

The rooms are equipped with all the amenities such as a kitchenette, full kitchen, multiple bathrooms and daily towel swap. The guests loved the decor and the renovations done in the rooms. The beds provided were very comfortable, promising a good night's sleep. The guests appreciated the room cleanliness, which was outstanding. The rooms are newly renovated and up-to-date, giving comfort to the guests. Overall, Grand Seas by Exploria Resorts is the perfect destination for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

They were busy keeping guests secure and were always willing to answer questions and provide brochures to help guests plan their trips. Although there were some unfriendly experiences, such as a rude sales rep, most of the staff were excellent, friendly, wonderful and superb. Many guests specifically mentioned Matt, an employee up front, who was incredibly helpful. Even though some guests encountered disconnected and rude employees, the majority of staff were super friendly and attentive. From the check-in lady to the Tiki bar attendants, the employees at Grand Seas made guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.

Pool

The Grand Seas by Exploria Resorts is a beautiful resort with lots of outdoor recreation areas, including a large pool, pool decks and beach access. Unfortunately, due to hurricane damage, some of these areas were closed during our stay. However, we were still able to enjoy the clean and relaxing pools available, some even had a nice slide for the kids. Although the pools were not heated, we loved the pool deck sunrise location and the beach front access with 2 large pools. Some guests mentioned the indoor pool was closed, but we were impressed with the water slide, 2 kiddies pools and boat kiddie water slide available. Although one outdoor pool was closed and some reviews mentioned how the pool was closed out and all dirty looking, we found the pools to be really nice overall. The only downside was that the beach view is of the pool and all the people, but we still had a great time at the Grand Seas by Exploria Resorts thanks to the multiple pools and outdoor recreation areas.

Beach

The Grand Seas by Exploria Resorts offers a prime beachfront location for any traveler seeking a relaxing escape. Guests can enjoy beautiful ocean views from their rooms with some even boasting direct access to the beach. While hurricane damage has affected some of the outdoor recreation areas, the proximity to the beach and the resort's other amenities make it a great place to be. Guests appreciate the convenience of everything being within walking distance, especially the ability to drive their vehicle right onto the beach. The gates to the beach are opened at 7am, but this doesn't stop guests from enjoying the practically empty beach in the morning. The view from the rooms is stunning, although some were disappointed that there are no balconies. However, the hotel makes up for it with beachfront access to its two large pools. Despite the damages caused by a hurricane and less activity on the beach than expected, guests still praise the beautiful and serene beach setting of the Grand Seas.

Family

If you're planning a family vacation and looking for a hotel that caters to children, Grand Seas by Exploria Resorts should be at the top of your list. Guests rave about the abundance of activities for kids. From the kid pool to not one, but two kiddie pools and a boat kiddie water slide, your little ones will be in heaven. Parents also appreciate the family-friendly atmosphere with activities like mini golf to keep everyone entertained. And if you have younger kids, don't worry about bringing your own bedding, as pack n plays are not available. The only downside mentioned is parking, but with everything else this hotel has to offer, it's a small price to pay for an unforgettable family vacation.

Grand Seas by Exploria Resorts is a good hotel located in a convenient area, however the beds could be more comfortable. Although there were limited amenities available due to the pandemic, the hotel still charged extra fees which guests did not understand. Unfortunately, some guests were disappointed with the lack of amenities and parking and felt the hotel was not what it used to be. Overall, the stay was okay but pricey with some guests having a poor experience. It is a shame that breakfast was not provided, but hopefully the hotel can improve its facilities and services in the future.

Outdoor Pool

The Grand Seas by Exploria Resorts boasts not one, but two, outdoor pools with one even featuring a fun slide for the kids. However, due to hurricane damage, the pool deck and beach access are unfortunately closed. The hotel did inform some guests of this prior to arrival, but not all. Those who were able to enjoy the pools found them to be amazing and very large. Unfortunately, the outside jacuzzis were not operational during some guests' stays. It's worth noting that some guests experienced the pool area not being maintained, resulting in green water, presumably from hurricane damage.
