Although some guests experienced issues such as not being able to use the pool or finding out that children's swim times were earlier than expected without communication, for the most part, guests had a great time using the pool and sauna. Some guests found the pool to be a little chilly, but others noted that the water was nice and warm. The gym/pool facilities were also lovely. While there were some comments on the coldness of the pool and the jacuzzi being even colder, guests generally loved the spa facilities included in their overnight stay with one guest describing it as "excellent". Despite the occasional problem, overall the pool was considered a nice feature of the hotel. However, it is worth noting that children are only allowed in the pool at specific times.
