The building itself is beautiful and full of character with exceptional, unique interiors. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated with all necessary amenities. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Stone Town with all the main attractions within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is amazing. However, the breakfast could have had a bigger variety/choice and wifi was weak in some suites. The only other downside is that the facilities are limited and the hotel could improve on its cleaning standards. Despite these issues, guests overwhelmingly rated their stay as superb and would recommend staying here in a heartbeat.
