The Novotel Marne La Vallée Collégien offers a generally pleasant experience, with modern and secure facilities that guests appreciate. The outdoor area is particularly appealing, providing a beautiful and pleasant environment with extensive green spaces. Children seem to be delighted by the available amenities, especially enjoying the pool and outdoor play areas. The hotel's pool is a popular feature, despite being on the smaller side, it serves well for cooling off after a hot day at Disneyland or during warm summer temperatures. The poolside area is also a cozy spot for relaxing or enjoying a drink, with music adding to the atmosphere.
Guests highlight the hotel’s friendly atmosphere and super nice staff, which contribute to an inviting stay. While the pool is often considered clean and well-maintained, reviewers note that it can sometimes be colder than expected. Despite size limitations, the pool is sufficient for a refreshing dip and offers enjoyment for families and children. However, some reviews express disappointment over the pool's closure during certain periods or renovations. Overall, the hotel provides a satisfactory experience for families and travelers seeking proximity to Disneyland, solid facilities, and enjoyable amenities.
